Introduction
The Bard or Muse is
not "a courtly minstrel" as the dictionary has it. The
Bardic craft is concerned with the Court and politics. It is always
of the present day in it's own time, and is thus not an ancient
dated craft -- rather it is timeless. Being of the Court it is
focused upon Monarchy. No part of Bardic poetry is in what may
be perceived as reported speach or thought. This is what differentiates
it completely from other poetry. In this context, the intellect
may have to ponder upon the meaning of the phrase "reported
speach" Amen.

Cloud Nine
Though
tears cloud my eyes
My
Saviour knows my heart.
Through
fear, and dread, and loathing
Upward
walks The Way.
The
load? – Of Light a fixed balance
Cleft
between the axes of the Cross.
The
pain? – Of Virtue borne at Light's behest.
Walk
on, walk tall.
The
end? – There is no end!
The
destination? – Life.
Amen
